The Georgia Tree Farm System is accepting applications for $1,500 scholarships for college bound high school seniors, college freshmen, sophomores and juniors. Applicants must be a legal dependent of a Certified Georgia Tree Farmer in the Americcan Tree Farm System for at least two years. Download 2024 scholarship application here.

The Georgia Tree Farm Scholarship program was established in 1987 to assist the dependents of Georgia members of the American Tree Farm System to pursue a higher education in the professional field of their choice. Recipients are selected by the Georgia Tree Farm Scholarship selection committee. The program is funded through contributions made by individual Tree Farmers of Georgia and the Silent Auction at the GFA Annual Meeting. This scholarship will be awarded without regard to race, color, nationality origin, age, sex or disability.

Recipient must be a citizen of the United States of America, and legal dependent of a Georgia Tree Farmer. The Tree Farm must have been registered in the program for two or more years.
