Q: What are alternative methods to the app, of submitting an inspection 004 form?
A: If you loved the app, do not fret, there are alternatives that are equally as fast! The best replacement is using the ATFS PDF upload feature where you email your 004 PDF to inspectors@forestfoundation.org. The rest is up to us! Another option is to log into www.atfsdatabase.org and input your form information there. Both options notify your state administrator of your submission. Read more on here: Submission of 004 Form.
