Private Pesticide Applicator Certification and Licensing http://www.ldaf.state.la.us/portal/Offices/AgriculturalEnvironmentalSciences/Pesticide Forest landowners wishing to apply restricted use pesticides on their property must be licensed as a Private Pesticide Applicator. The closed-book Private Pesticide Applicator exam is also taken at your local extension office, upon arrangement.
